Ingredients:
12 small carrots
1 cup of thin white sauce
¾ teaspoon mustard
Method:
Wash, scrape and slice carrots and put in greased casserole with a little boiling water and bake till tender
Add mustard to the white sauce and pour over carrots
Mustard gives the sauce a distinctive flavor, particularly appetising with tender, young carrots.
